My net worth grew 82k to 316k.

HIP completed

Finally the day I have been waitomg for is here today. HIP has been completed. 

Spent last 2 hours wiping and mopping floor after ah nei did the washing.

Paid the ah neis to clean up cos i dont have the energy to clean the master, living and kitchen. Paid 150 for 2 ppl. They finished the work in 1 hr. Well problem that can be solved by money, is no problem. 

Will continue to do wiping using the cheap wipes i bought. 

HIP starts

HIP starts today 17 to 29 dec, spent last 2 days plastering all over the place but seems futitle.

Singtel - loading it

I bought another 5000 shares of singtel at 2.39 each.  

Will be gradually loading it as i get more savings from my bonuses.
