the 10 weeks, 10 months, 10 year rules

A few matters have been on my mind

1) My own health - whether to go or not to go for surgery

2) My hubby health - all the treatments and the risks for his conditions

3) My work - feeling increasing stressed. Gave some honest feedback via the survey but not sure whether will get into hot soup. So am looking around to see what jobs I want to do in the event I got fired

4) HIP - due to the lockdowns, my HIP of my block had been postponed

Applying some tips that could alleviate my anxiety. in 10 weeks, or 10 months or 10 years, would any of the above still be an issue?

for 10 weeks, maybe 1,3 and 4 still persist

after 10 months, maybe only left 1

after 10 years, maybe none

Feeling vexed but now after analysing the above, felt some kind of relieft.

hopefully will remember to come back and review the above matters, in 10 weeks, 10 months time (certainly not 10 years).

Initially was thinking of investing another 25k into Singtel, but as my hubby condition cropped up just this week, there might need some monies along the way, so has put off the investment till maybe after his condition is stablised.
