Bad bout of indigestion and double menses

Documenting this down so can refer to, in future.

Had a bad episode of indigestion yesterday during work. Was also experiencing my 2nd menses in July.

Health is not good, maybe it is a sign.

Last indigestion was in KL in Feb when I overate. There was also an episode when I experienced gastric while sleeping.

My last double menses was in April/May.
